Simple solution. You don't.
Tricks for getting holos are stupid as hell. Be a normal human being and just buy packs. In my opinion, the funnest thing about packs is the anticipation of getting rares.

I'm starting to panic. I need another Level Modulation and Exploder Dragon for the new format. Damn it!
