EFFECT MONSTER (Zombie/Tuner/DARK/400 ATK/200 DEF)
TEXT: "You can return 1 card from your hand to the top of the Deck to Special Summon this card from the Graveyard. If you do, remove this card from play when it is removed from the field."
This monster is nothing short of being fantastic. The main thing that makes him so mighty is that he is a Zombie, and a level 2 Tuner monster. Think of all the Zombie Special Summoning that there is. Book of Life, Il Blud, Zombie Master, Mezuki, Call of the Mummy, Pyramid Turtle. Now, add Plaguespreaders to that mix. The typical nasty Zombie swarm...turns into even nastier Synchro swarm. Having effects for all occasions, and being mostly big hitters, Synchro swarm is deadly. And, if your running Plaguespreader Zombie, you get the added bonus of having Revived King Ha Des and Doomkaiser Dragon in your extra deck. The icing on the cake of brutality is Allures, Card of Safe Return's, and Burial from a Different Dimension. Keep that ball rolling baby!
That's the meat and potatoes of his worthiness...but there is other stuff too. Him being Dark can work with Allures, Escape from the Dark Dimension, Armageddon Knight, Darklord Zerato, etc...
Him being a Level 2, 400 ATK, 200 DEF monster can work with Pyramid Turtle, Zombie Master, Sangan, Graceful Revival, Limit Reverse, Junk Warrior, Il Blud, etc...
And of course his effect of sending a card from the hand to the top of your deck is key in Lightsworn so you can mill a Wulf on the same turn.
That's a lot of key stuff right there. Extra Decks are the norm. That said, his versatility works with any of the things I mentioned, and I'm sure more I didn't mention. He should remain in high demand for quite some time to come, and for good reason.
Zombie/Synchro - 10/10
General Synchro - 10/10 (if you have an Extra Deck, you can't go wrong with him as a Tuner...one way or another)
Art – 3.5/10 (a rather goofy looking creature...although it is already a familiar monster that you know as soon as it hits the field)
