This thread will be used for the Yu-Gi-Oh tournaments Saturday night. The thread will host the report of who won including which deck they played (if Twisted K or I know it), it will also be used to discuss the tournaments and anything found wrong with them, any improvements, and who can or can not participate in the upcoming tournament.
Make sure to keep this thread about the tournaments. We have threads to deal with heroes, we have a deck helping thread, and this will be for the tournaments.
If you have any questions PM me and I will get back to you. Also if you would like to do the tournament report talk to us at the tournament.

This week's tournament was a 6 player tournament. The tournament consisted of 4 rounds of Swiss then had finals based on the results of the Swiss rounds.
After the Swiss rounds, there was a three way tie between the final three who used overall record (ie. 2-1 wins vs. 2-0, 2-0 is better and who ever had the most was given the bye)
The results of this week’s tournament are as follows:
1st- Begley (Phoenix deck)
2nd- Erik (Samurai deck)
3rd- Corey (Mech-Dragon)
* Note: Next week there will be NO Tournament.*
After that we will continue to once again have tournaments on Saturdays at our normal time. _________________ The first rule of Yugioh is: Don't talk about Yugioh.

Zombies Deck is more viable against most of the field. Where Dinos can win, but gets completely demolished by other decks, other winning decks. I would stick with Zombies because it has the best chance overall. _________________ Face it, you're pretty much here as a meat shield.

July 14 is Magic Game Day across the world (or at least the US). The Gaming Geek is a location for the sanctioned play which will start at 5:00 PM. The size of the Gaming Geek and the increased number of participants at this event forces Bill to cancel our tournament.
Perhaps someone else could host? Or maybe we could have the tournament a different night this week. Must talk to Bill. _________________ Face it, you're pretty much here as a meat shield.

Greetings Guys.
I just wanted to let you know that Sat the 14th is also the first tournament for the Coming of Galatus HeroClix event so the morning is out also. I am sorry to do that to you. Contact me to see if we can come up with another day for you to come in and play. This Magic Gameday was scheduled by WotC so I had no say in it.
Again Sorry. _________________ "Then we throw the Dixie cup out". |

There will be a Yu-Gi-Oh tournament at the Gaming Geek on this Thursday at 4:00 PM. All other tournaments will be on the regularly scheduled Saturday. If you can attend post or PM me, and we will try to get a rough estimate of who can attend. _________________ Face it, you're pretty much here as a meat shield.

absolutely unacceptable. mike your attitude at the magic tournaments is bad enough but to go out of your way to try to keep people away from the store is a new low. consider this your last warning to clean up your act or lose your posting priveleges -porty _________________
