DIMENSIONAL PRISON

NORMAL TRAP

TEXT: "Activate only when your opponent declares an attack. Remove from play the attacking monster."

HARV'S REVIEW

Well, you know, instead of a Sakaretsu destroying and sending a monster to the Graveyard, Dimensional Prison sends the monster to the RFP pile. A couple good things about that...

The monster is not destroyed, it just goes. So, you don't have to worry about certain cards effects that have to do with "when a monster is destroyed", such as Prime Material Dragon, My Body as a Shield, etc...

Next, your messing up an opponents Graveyard/strategy by RFP their monster. You could be RFP their: Darks, thus hindering the emergence of Dark Armed Dragon...Lightsworns, and hindering Judgment Dragon from hitting the field...Gladiator Beasts, which thrive on just declaring an attack to fetch the appropriate concoction for Gyzarus and Herk to hit. 3 Dimensional Prison, and 3 Bottomless Trap Hole, could really screw an opponent up. Beware of sided Jinzo's or Decree's though.

About the only bad things I can see about this card are that it's easily susceptible to destruction (or back to hand, etc...), and can't be chained in that way due to it's specific activation time...and of course if your playing against an RFP deck, you'd be helping them, not hurting them.

Advanced Format - 8-9/10 (I'd side some Sak's or something in case you play against random RFP decks)

Art - 7/10 (Freed vs Gagagigo looks cool...)

This card wins. It kills G-Beats, Samurai, Zombies, Dark, Lightsworn, anything that uses monsters, and decks. This card is something that should be accessible, making this a common would seriously change the game... hmm..... I wish that this was a common, just so that more people would have good options like this instead of just Saku, which is pretty bad when you send a lightsworn or dark monster to the grave only to allow DAD or Judgment Dragon to hit the field.

I love this card.... such amazing power and design so simply put.

Thought Ruler Archfiend says "Hi". BTW, a lot of people are putting out him instead of stardust because of compulsory and PPWB.

Yeah, Thought Ruler would eat this up, as would some others. But, regardless, it is ballsy.

Vince, I remember you tried them against me when you first got them...and I kept nuking them somehow. Ah, the good ol' days...
